Crockpot Buffalo Chicken Sandwiches

I love buffalo sauce. I could eat it on just about anything. I served my sandwiches with King's Hawaiian Bread Hamburger Buns. Delicious!

Crockpot Buffalo Chicken Sandwiches
Makes 12 Sandwiches

Ingredients:

3 lbs raw boneless skinless chicken tenderloins (doesn't have to be frozen but you can use frozen)
12 oz bottle of Buffalo Wing Sauce ( I used Frank's Wing Sauce)
1 oz Packet of dry Ranch mix (I used Hidden Valley)
2 Tbsp Butter
1 pack of King's Hawaiian Bread Hamburger Buns (you can use any buns)

Directions:

1. Place chicken tenderloins in your crockpot. Pour the wing sauce over the top of the chicken. Sprinkle packet of ranch mix over the top of the wing sauce.
2. Place lid on crockpot and cook on low for 6 hours (high for 3 hours).
3. Remove meat and shred it using two forks. Return shredded meat to the crockpot and add butter. Stir to combine.
4. Cook on low for 1 hour so the meat can soak up the sauce.
5. Serve on your favorite hamburger buns & enjoy.

If you have any leftovers, you can turn it into a dip. I had half of my chicken left so this is the recipe that I used to make my dip.

Buffalo Chicken Dip

Ingredients:

Leftover Buffalo Chicken
8 oz Cream Cheese
1/2 cup Mayonnaise
1/2 cup Shredded Cheese (I used Cheddar)

Directions:

1. Place Cream Cheese & Mayo in a mixing bowl and mix until well blended.
2. Stir in Shredded Cheese
3. Add leftover Buffalo Chicken and mix until well blended.
(I added a little bit at a time).
4. You can serve hot or chilled.
I let mine sit overnight in the fridge and it was delicious the next day with tortilla chips.
